What a cool program! This week Clark (afraid of heights) went over a wall from the top of a Tall building to save Lana. Funny how extenuating circumstances can make you forget your fears… Only took a couple of hours to download this episode.

Not much else going on right now. SWMBO, Robert and I went to breakfast and then bowled 3 games. Now we’re just kind of lounging around the house. Finally watched the 1st episode of the new Bionic Woman. Killer! Sounds like the same guy(s) that write the music for Battlestar Galactica have been hired for this show. Sounds Great!

From my landlords place up the street to mine and spent a couple of hours with the pressure washer getting the mud off it. Dirty Job! Moved it because it is WAY too muddy for me to get anything done on his pond. Will probably be that way until June or so. And I really don’t want to have to dig the digger out! Muddy!

Not too much going on around here. Weather has been really nice the past couple of days so I’ve spent as much time outdoors as I can. Didn’t go to the property ’cause I have the digger here and really nothing to do up there. Since we probably won’t get financing until March/April 08 there really isn’t an reason for me to go up there as much as I’m used to. Hell, even if we got financing today we probably wouldn’t get started building until March/April anyway ’cause of the weather. Damn!

Thinking about saving up to get an XBox 360 and this game, Air Combat 6. The video’s I found for it are cool! I’m NOT really a ’gamer’ but I do like flight simulators. I have X-Plane and MS Flight Sim X (and some others). I have ’Lock On’ and occasionally fire it up to go kill something else! Trying to make my own flights/Movies too. Think I’ll go do that now…

Came through yesterday. Lost power about 1500 (or so) and didn’t get it back until about midnight. Generator worked great! We all spent time in the living room near the wood stove trying to decide who would be best for different characters from the Dragonriders Series of books.

Took SWMBO to dinner at Taco Bell and made our usual Albertson’s stop. It’s been raining (dumping!!!) since we got home so I haven’t unloaded the car yet. Man, it’s raining hard!

Looks like we’re not getting financing until about March 2008. Got a couple of ‘lates’ on our overdraft that’s kicking our butts right now. Damn!

My landlord, the guy that bought our old house, has ’hired’ me to dig out the pond at his house so we went and got the digger today. (I always ment to dig out that pond but never got to it. Just too busy working and doing other things… It was raining way too hard to get started on it today though.

Really not much going on. SWMBO bought 50 pounds of apples and we (I) spent a lot of yesterday peeling & coring them (thank goodness for the peeler/corer thingie!) and boiling them down for applesauce. A friend of our brought over this thing that you pour the boiled-down apples in and turn a crank and it separates the applesauce from the skins and stuff. Worked pretty cool! I’ll have to see if there is a motorized version for my mixer. SWMBO spent a few hours today canning it all. Got about 20 pint jars of applesauce. (Note to self: next time add a bit of lemon juice to the applesauce before boiling to keep it whiter…)
