I haven’t had clothes on since making a run to the Post Office for SWMBO’s batting. It is NICE out there! Of course the Dog and I went for a walk. That was even nicer.

Did spend time in the MILA getting the last of everything taped off in the bathroom and working some on the flooring. Had enough of that by 1430 so I pretty much knocked off for the day to be outside. Tomorrow I’ll finish the flooring by installing the last 2 pieces, put the molding back on, and paper the floor. Will probably paint Thursday. Friday I’ll spend un-taping everything and cleaning the place up and I’ll be through with it. So looking forward to that.

Not much else going on. Now I’m just being lazy. Going to have the left over chicken and taters from dinner last night for dinner tonight so I don’t even really have to cook. I like cold chicken.

And, Again, I forgot to post this last night. Shit.

You can count today a repeat of yesterday with a bit more Sun. Got all the taping done in the MILA; now to clean the dirty spots and paint. Tomorrow and Thursday.

Got “Doctor Who – Dalek Invasion Earth 2150” in from Netflix today. Man, is it stupid! Peter Cushing just didn’t play a convincing Doctor. And nothing like “our” Doctor from the Reboot.

Not this one, but I’m sure I’ve had one in the past. No, just kidding.

Continued taping off things in the MILA. Had to cover some drawers I can’t seem to find how to remove them. The rails are screwed into flat boards and the boards are screwed into the shelves. Can’t get to the front screw or I’d take them completely out. Ah well. What’s any job without something going not as planned?!

Then I took that 25 pound chunk of Chuck I bought the other day and cut it into pieces small enough to put in the grinder; removing a lot of the fat but not all. Still don’t think I left enough for SWMBO, but, if she want’s it different she can do it next time. Then I fed all that beef into the grinder and made burger. Cut and sealed a bunch of sucker bags and got all that meat sucker-bagged and into the freezer. Only took a couple of hours.

Nice day again; 80+ degrees out. I get out there when I can. Supposed to cool down quite a bit over the next few days. Ah well. I enjoyed it while we had it.

Had to put my clothes on to go to Ace Hardware for some more plastic drop cloths. Bought 5 tomato plants and 3 Bell Pepper plants while I was there. Planted all of them when I got home. Not putting in as many tomato plants as previous years. See if thinning them out helps. Of course, I canned about 15 pints of tomato’s last year so I didn’t do badly.

And that’s pretty much it for today. Home from picking SWMBO up. Popcorn is a popping. Elegant Universe is on. Think I’ll chill…
